Before & After

Mindset
Before

Vivek lacked clarity, motivation, and structure in his job search, delaying meaningful action for over 6 months with only minimal weekly progress.

After

Vivek developed a strong growth mindset, embraced hard work, watched his own mock interview recordings, incorporated feedback, and ultimately felt confident enough to reject an Amazon offer in favor of Walmart.

Resume & LinkedIn
Before

Vivek was sporadically drafting stories and summarizing experiences from emails without a clear structure or framework to connect them into a compelling narrative.

After

With coaching support, Vivek was able to frame and refine his experiences into well-structured stories, including a strong 'tell me about yourself' answer.

Networking & Outreach
Before

Vivek was barely receiving any interview calls for the first 3–4 months of his search, suggesting very limited inbound interest or traction.

After

After building momentum, Vivek began receiving multiple interview calls and eventually secured competing offers from top-tier companies including Amazon and Walmart.

Interview Performance
Before

Vivek relied on low-quality peer mock interviews on other platforms, receiving feedback he found far less valuable and lacking knowledge of key frameworks like Jobs to Be Done.

After

Vivek mastered the Jobs to Be Done framework, completed high-quality mock interviews with FAANG-experienced coaches, practiced extensive written product design exercises, and performed strongly across behavioral and case study interviews.

Job Search Strategy
Before

Vivek was spending only 3–4 hours per week on his job search with no clear structure, direction, or plan for how to move forward.

After

Vivek followed a clearly structured week-by-week program, combining mock interviews, written practice, and coach feedback to build a disciplined and effective job search process.

Compensation
Before

Vivek had no indication of receiving competitive offers, let alone being in a position to choose between multiple FAANG-level opportunities.

After

Vivek received multiple offers including one from Amazon, ultimately accepting a Staff Product Manager role at Walmart β€” a level and brand he had never imagined attaining.

β€œGiving 10 to 15 mocks on other platforms equals one or two here”

β€” Vivek Kumar Singh, Staff Product Manager at Walmart

Vivek Kumar Singh's Story

Before joining the program, I knew I needed a new job but I had no clear structure or direction. I was spending maybe 3 to 4 hours per week on my job search. I kept delaying for more than 6 months, making very small progress β€” looking at old emails, trying to draft stories β€” but the connection wasn't happening.

What convinced me was the quality of the coaches. I used to do a lot of peer mocks on other platforms, and I'd say giving 10 to 15 mocks there is equivalent to giving one or two mocks with a good quality coach here. My first aha moment was the jobs-to-be-done framework in the product design sessions. This is a framework not everybody knows, and even if they do, they don't know how to apply it. The second was behavioral β€” I learned you don't need 50 separate answers.

This program is not going to eliminate the need to work hard. You still need to work hard β€” extremely hard. But the rewards out of the hard work will be much higher. I watched recordings of every mock interview and incorporated the feedback. For the first 3 to 4 months I was barely getting any interview calls. But once the momentum started building, there was a snowball effect. I got a couple of offers β€” including one from Amazon. I never ever dreamed I would be rejecting an offer from Amazon and accepting an offer from Walmart as a Staff Product Manager. But here I am.
