John Billington's Story
It's a coaching program for product managers who are job seeking, and I think it encompasses more than just job search strategies and interviewing. It also touches on product strategy and best practices for product management.
It's a large community. I was surprised at how many people were going through it simultaneously, which is great because I really made some really strong connections in the group. The peer feedback and coaching, a lot of really good peers, a lot of great people who have interviewed PMs at Tier 1 companies and can give you very targeted feedback.
The quantity of coaches in the program that you have access to is amazing, and the quality of the coaches that Shobhit brings onto the program, I think you guys are really top-notch. Because if you go out looking for a performance coach as an executive or something, it's hard to find somebody that really knows product. And everybody in the program knows product. They've been product managers, they've worked in product orgs, they keep up on what's going on in the product world today.
